By creating an account or using the Sndibad marketplace (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

Sndibad connects shoppers with independent sellers. Products, prices, and availability are set by the sellers. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, and applicable taxes and shipping fees are shown at checkout. Refunds and returns follow each seller’s posted policies.

The Sndibad name, logo, and the look and feel of the Service are owned by Sndibad. Product imagery and brand content belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sndibad is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the revised terms.
