Orders and delivery

Every order shows where it is: ordered, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. Follow it from Orders in your account.

We deliver to five areas: West Bank, Jerusalem, Palestine 48, Abu Ghosh and Eilat. Each product page shows the delivery time and fee for your area before you buy.

Paying

Every order on the website is cash on delivery: you pay the driver in cash when your order arrives, with nothing to pay online. Credit in your wallet comes off the total.

Returns and refunds

Open the order and choose Return items. You have at least 14 days after delivery to return, and each order shows the days you have left. Once the shop approves, a Sndibad driver collects the parcel from your address, and you choose your money back as cash from the driver or as Sndibad credit.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a code we send you, or with a passkey, Google or your email. Your details, addresses and notifications are all under Account.

Shops on Sndibad
