1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Sndibad marketplace (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You agree to give accurate information and to tell us about any use you did not allow.

3. Using the marketplace

Sndibad connects shoppers with independent shops. Products, prices and stock are set by the shops. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Orders and payments

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Shops are responsible for filling orders, and delivery fees are shown before you pay. Refunds and returns follow each shop's own policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Sndibad name, logo and the look of the Service belong to Sndibad. Product photos and brand content belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, Sndibad is not liable for indirect or incidental damage from using the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest change, and using the Service after a change means you accept it.
